About Hum&Draguć
Hum and Draguć are two enchanting medieval villages in Istria, each offering a unique glimpse into the region’s past. Hum, the world’s smallest town, charms with its ancient stone streets and walls, while Draguć, perched atop a hill, welcomes visitors with stunning views and authentic Istrian culture.
The journey begins between villages where time seems to have stood still. We cycle along quiet village roads, immersing ourselves in the slow pace and natural beauty of the area. Soon, the small village of Hum appears before us, with its stone houses, ancient walls, and charming architecture. Small in size but big in character, we take time to explore its unique beauty and rich history with a visit to the museum.
Next, we continue toward another hidden gem, traversing gentle hills and gravel paths. At a steady, relaxed pace, we make our way to Draguć — a village much like Hum, with stone buildings and a peaceful atmosphere overlooking the heart of central Istria.
To finish the tour, we follow a gravel path back, where an olive oil tasting awaits among the olive groves — a perfect way to end the day.
