The journey begins in Rovinj, where we hop on our bikes and start riding along the scenic shoreline. As we follow a peaceful gravel path, we pass natural beaches and enjoy beautiful views of the sea and nearby islands. The shade of the trees adds to the relaxed pace, and as we leave the city behind, the buzz fades into the background, replaced by quiet coves and tranquil stretches of coast.

We take a short break at one of these peaceful spots before continuing toward the Palud Ornithological Reserve, where silence is essential to respect the wildlife. No worries — we make only a brief stop to take in the surroundings.

From there, we ride on to a family-owned winery, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a taste of Istria’s renowned wines. Skipping a stop like this would be a real shame in a region so rich in wine culture.

After the tasting, we slowly make our way back toward Rovinj, ending the day on a peaceful note.
